Greetings, I'm Kelly Burke, a Mayi-Kulan / Andegerebenha man hailing from the rugged landscapes of northwest Queensland. Born into the realms of cattle, mining, and civil construction, my journey embodies a rich tapestry of experiences. With over two decades dedicated to civil and mining projects across Queensland, Northern Territory, and New South Wales for esteemed tier 1 companies, I bring a wealth of expertise in people management, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.

My professional portfolio boasts significant achievements, having consistently saved companies over $10 million annually through unconventional ideas and out-of-the-box thinking. As a tradesman (boilermaker), mining engineer, superintendent, manager, mine manager, SSE and business professional, my skill set spans production, safety, and the intricacies of large­ scale operations.

My work philosophy is straightforward: "It is what it is, we just need to fix it and make it better than it was." I thrive on determination, grit, and an unwavering passion for ensuring that every job is executed safely and efficiently. In my role as a mentor, I encourage colleagues not to give up when faced with challenges, fostering a collaborative spirit that pushes through tough times with resilience and a touch of humor.

For me, a happy work environment is paramount, marked by camaraderie and shared laughter. I firmly believe that a positive atmosphere is the breeding ground for success. Seamus is an entrepreneur by nature, and has a vision to combine technology and construction to create a safer and sustainable legacy for the next generation of construction professionals.
